Account protection

Chantivo uses access controls, secure sessions and company-level data separation. Each user must protect their credentials and limit team access to authorized people.

Communication protection

Communications with Chantivo use HTTPS. Integration secrets and access tokens are stored server-side and must never be shared in a screenshot, unsecured email or public conversation.

Monitoring and backups

Technical logs, backups and operational controls may be used to detect errors, restore service and investigate unusual activity.

Your role

• use a unique password;
• enable two-factor authentication when available;
• remove former employees promptly;
• report unusual activity immediately.
