By creating an account or using Chantivo, you accept these terms. You must have authority to bind the company on whose behalf you use the service.
2. Service
Chantivo provides tools for managing clients, projects, estimates, invoices and communications. Available features may vary by plan, enabled integrations and limits imposed by external providers.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your access and actions taken by your team members. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Chantivo to send illegal, misleading, abusive or unsolicited content, circumvent platform rules, compromise service security or infringe the rights of others. Facebook, Instagram, SMS and phone communications must comply with applicable laws and provider policies.
5. Company data
You retain your rights to the data you provide. You authorize Chantivo to process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have the required authorization to process client and employee information.
6. Demo, subscription and cancellation
A demo period may include sample data or limits. Fees, billing cycles and paid plan terms are presented before purchase. You may request account closure according to the deletion instructions.
7. External services
Some features depend on Meta, Twilio, payment providers or other external services. Their availability, rules and pricing may change independently of Chantivo.
8. Availability and liability
Chantivo aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Chantivo is not liable for indirect losses, business decisions based on the service or interruptions caused by an external provider.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended to protect the service, meet a legal obligation, prevent abuse or address non-payment. When reasonably possible, the company will be notified and allowed to correct the situation.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada. For questions, email hello@chantivo.com.
